The Digital Performance Index measures 10 top brands of an indication along the five Journey Stages: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action and Advocacy. The digital channels that are relevant for the customer during these stages are search, social media, websites, and e-commerce. We thus consider all touchpoints that influence the user online. In this way, we map the entire customer journey and have developed an all-encompassing index to measure digital brand performance in comparison with the competition.
We measure digital performance along the five journey stages using the following four digital channels: search, social, websites and e-commerce.
Overall performance calcium
This month we analyzed the strongest brands on calcium. The best overall performance was achieved by Calcium-Sandoz from Hexal.
